FORTIS BUYING GROUP, UK:

Fortis initially asked AET in 2016‭ ‬to source many new bathroom products for a new OEM brand they had been in development with for a few years‭. ‬For many reasons that brand had never gotten of the drawing board‭, ‬that is when through many years of connections‭ ‬with new buyers joining Fortis from Travis Perkins and Wickes they asked me/AET to take on this project‭. ‬We identified their needs‭, ‬and their issues in making this actually work‭. ‬Establishing that as a Buying Group‭, ‬they could certainly buy products‭, ‬but‭ ‬they could not possibly distribute those product to their members‭. ‬AET heading their‭ ‬“Think Tank”‭ ‬identified the best business to undertake the logistics‭, ‬and after assessing many businesses I identified that Cassellie offered the best partner for distribution and customer service‭. ‬Months of structuring the business brought the contract between Cassellie and Fortis to a successful conclusion and first year turnover between those businesses hot over‭ ‬£12‭ ‬Million‭.‬
